RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

I am personally invested in each piece I create. That's why it is extremely important for me that you are happy with the portrait I painted for you. If you have any issues or concerns about the artwork you have received, please contact me immediately. 
I strive to address any issues promptly and provide you with a positive experience.

Returns are accepted for a full refund within 21 calendar days from the delivery date shown in the tracking. A refund will be processed within 3 working days of the receipt of the returned product in its original condition.

Please contact me for a free return label should you need to return an item.

Exchanges are not provided due to the custom nature of the items.

​

Cancellations for custom portraits are accepted for a full refund if requested prior to the week I schedule your commission for. 

Cancellations for prints are accepted for a full refund if requested before the order is shipped.

SHIPPING

I provide free shipping across the US for both custom commissioned portraits and live event paintings. 

All the products are shipped from NY via UPS with proof of delivery. 

Please reach out to me if you need me to ship your order internationally.
